LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY. Seitz Appliances, LLC is Northeast Ohio only. Delivery Fee is for one trip only. Seitz Appliances, LLC offers free removal of your old appliance as part of the delivery service and may utilize a third-party contractor for some deliveries. Seitz Appliances, LLC is not responsible for any actions of this third party.  Seitz Appliances, LLC offers the option for installation at an additional fee, with the understanding if your home is not compatible with the appliance, additional costs may be incurred if parts or connections are required to complete the installation.  Seitz Appliances, LLC takes no responsibility for damage to appliances that are damaged if an appliance delivered must be left at the home while the customer is not there, or for any damage due to the delivery of your appliance. If purchaser wishes for Seitz Appliances, LLC or third party to bring the appliance into their home, it is understood that either party will do their best to avoid any damage; however, no liability will be held for damages of the appliance or dwelling of which it’s being moved into.

 

HAUL AWAYS; if you have a haul-away appliance that Seitz Appliances, LLC removes, you understand that Seitz Appliances, LLC will attempt to repair and resell your appliance.  You waive ownership of this appliance as soon as it is removed from the premise. Haul Aways should be set outside of the home in an easily accessible area unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon by both parties.
